I understand and agree to the following as an affiliate for Bart Ehrman Professional Services, LLC (Bart):
- Affiliate understands he/she must be approved as an affiliate for a product to receive commissions for it.
- Bart pays 30% of the sales price for all sign-ups that the affiliate drives to Bart’s online courses/webinars/seminars, whether live or the recordings.
- Affiliate must use their unique tracking link, which he/she can find in ThriveCart to get credit for a sale.
- Affiliate must connect a business PayPal account to ThriveCart, Bart’s affiliate management system, to get paid commissions.
- Affiliate understands payments are made through PayPal only. Bart does not cover PayPal fees.
- Affiliate may advertise his/her affiliate link in various media: social media, YouTube, Facebook, email, website or blog, and the like.
- Affiliate agrees to represent Bart and his offerings in a professional manner.
- Affiliate understands he/she will be paid as a contractor, not an employee, and therefore is not entitled to employee benefits like vacation or sick pay.
- Affiliate agrees to submit a W-9 to Bart Ehrman Professional Services, LLC upon request.
- Bart Ehrman Professional Services reserves the right to cancel any affiliate at any time for any reason. In that event, Bart will pay all commissions earned by the affiliate while he/she was still in active status.
- Upon approval as an affiliate, you will be granted the opportunity to promote all of Bart's courses. To maintain this automatic approval status for all courses, you are required to actively promote at least one course every 6 months. This active participation ensures you continue to enjoy the benefits of promoting our comprehensive range of courses and receiving credit for sales across our offerings.
